Haden Hicks

My name is Haden Hicks, and I am a Fire Captain bringing over five years of fire service experience to 3rd Alarm Fire Mitigation. Throughout my career, I’ve traveled across Washington State responding to wildland fires, performing structure protection, and helping communities prepare for the unexpected. My firsthand experience on the fireline has shown me how critical proper defensible space and home preparation are in protecting property from fast-moving wildfires. I started this company to bring that same level of protection, professionalism, and dedication to homeowners—helping them safeguard what matters most before the flames ever arrive.

Cody Northrup

My name is Cody Northrup, and I'm a Carrer firefighter. Before becoming a career firefighter, I volunteered with Yakima County fire District 5. over the last 5 years, I have had the privilege of serving the communities of Yakima and Benton County, responding to everything from house fires to wildfires that challenge our region every summer. Through those experiences, I have seen how quickly a wildfire can threaten a home, property, and a family's sense of security. That’s a big reason on why I'm passionate about the work we do. At the end of the day, I'm not just a firefighter - I'm here as a neighbor who wants to help you protect your home.
